Robin founded Make It Cake and More in 2009. It started as a small business making wedding cakes and custom 3D cakes for friends and family, but demand quickly grew and the business grew with it. In 2014, Wayne and Robin reconnected after decades, and were soon married. Wayne became not just Robin’s other half, but the other half of Make It Cake.

Over the years Make It Cake grew into more than just a cake business, as more and more services were offered. Soon, Robin and Wayne were coordinating weddings, decorating venues, and catering events. In 2019, Robin and Wayne became the full time managers of Valley View Barn, where they brought all their services together and began offering All Inclusive Wedding packages.

In 2024, Robin and Wayne left Valley View Barn to take Make It Cake and More’s All Inclusive Weddings on the road. They began partnering with venues and offering services all across Middle Georgia.
